Ek Lajawab Nawabi Zaiqa Bihari Kabab South Asia, khaaskar Bihar (India) aur Pakistan ke kuch ilaqon mein mashhoor ek lazeez aur spicy kabab dish hai. Ye kabab zyada tar beef ya mutton se tayar kiye jaate hain, lekin kuch log isay chicken mein bhi banate hain. Inki khasiyat unka masalon bhara marination aur smoky grill taste hai jo kisi bhi khaas moqe ko yaadgar bana deta hai.

🌶️ Ingredients ki Khas Baat:

Bihari kabab ka marination unhein doosre kababon se mukhtalif banata hai. Is mein istemal hotay hain: Papaya paste (meat ko soft banata hai) Brown fried onions (birista) Mustard oil Yogurt (dahi) Khas desi masale jaise ke garam masala, red chili powder, haldi, zeera, aur dhaniya Smoked coal ka flavour (dum dene ke liye)
